Jeff Bacigalupi

Jeff Bacigalupi is a Managing Director of Investment Banking. Mr. Bacigalupi’s experience includes capital raising (both public and private), valuation, M&A, derivatives and alternative investments. Mr. Bacigalupi began his career engaged in domestic and international M&A transactions with the Corporate Finance Group at Deloitte and Touche. He later spent several years in New York serving as Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales for Sanford Bernstein, one of the most respected research firms on Wall Street. Mr. Bacigalupi’s experience also includes institutional derivatives sales with Susquehanna International group, one of the largest derivative traders in the world. Most recently, Jeff was a Senior Vice President at a boutique investment bank where he sourced and placed banking deals as well as provided equity research to his diverse institutional client base that includes hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, mutual funds and pension funds. Mr. Bacigalupi is very active in the community, volunteering his time at the Bay Harbor Foundation and St. Francis Xavier School in Petoskey. He holds his M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and B.A. from Michigan State University.
