Gregory Baracy Jr. is a Director of Public Finance at Leonard Capital Markets. He has over 6 years of experience in the Public Finance sector where he has worked with school districts and local governments as well as airports and utility providers. He has substantial analytical experience in debt structuring, refinancing analysis, market research capabilities, and credit analysis. Before joining Leonard Capital Markets, he was responsible for all analysis and research for Stifel Nicolaus’ Michigan Public Finance operation. Mr. Baracy is a fully registered securities representative with FINRA in a Series 7 & 63 capacity. Mr. Baracy is a member of the Bond Club of Detroit and he holds a bachelors degree of Economics and Applied Policies from Michigan State University. Mr. Baracy is also a member of the Detroit Athletic Club.
