Leonard & Company was founded in 1989 by Donald M. Leonard. Today, Leonard & Company is Michigan's largest independent brokerage firm.
Since we first opened our doors, our goal has been to provide an entrepreneurial environment that very successful brokers want and need — a comfortable, stress-free atmosphere where they can experience independence, build their business, and best serve you, their client. We listen to our brokers and know them by name.
