Thomas M. Enright is a Managing Director of Public Finance. Mr. Enright began his career as an investment banker in 1989 and since then is responsible for financing hundreds of public projects in the State of Michigan, through the issuance of bonds and notes. Tom is experienced in debt financing at all levels of government: State, County, City, Township and Village, in general obligation bonds or revenue bonds, as well as delinquent tax notes for his County Treasurer clients and MTF bonds and notes for County Road Commissions. Mr. Enright is also very experienced in the refinancing of municipal debt to lower interest costs and reduce taxpayer liability. Prior to working in investment banking, Mr. Enright spent 15 years as a City and County Controller and a Hospital Finance Director. Mr. Enright is a Registered Municipal Advisor and holds Series 7, 52, 53 and 63 registrations.
